Tuition Invoices/Book Day

Dear Parent,
We hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer.
As announced in May, we are mailing your tuition and fees invoice today. As in the past, the invoice includes each student’s book fee, September tuition, technology fee, Archdiocesan fee, and lunchroom supervision fee.
There are several ways to pay the invoice:
- On line payments are most convenient.Simply go to payment section of the website and follow the easy directions.
- Make check payable to St. John Fisher School and mail to 10200 S. Washtenaw, Chicago, IL60655.
- Stop in the office. Although we are here most days, it is good to call before you come in case we are not at the front desk.
All payments must be paid in full or before Monday, August 14.
On August 17, homeroom assignments will be posted in Powerschool for all families who have paid the invoice balance in full. We realize that, if your oldest child is entering second grade or younger, you haven’t used Powerschool yet. If that is the case, expect a separate email from your child’s teacher welcoming them to school.
Streamlining the book fee day process allows you to be aware of cost expectations and budget accordingly. Please be patient as we “work out the kinks” to the new procedure. If you have any questions about your invoice or have difficulty accessing Powerschool, please email Mrs. Maxwell at dmaxwell@sjfschool.net.
Within the next few weeks, the website will also have information about the new school lunch program. A tentative menu and online payment method will be included. We are excited about the fresh menu items that will be available to the students each day.
The website will also have an order form for the new gym uniform and a date for pick up for both the gym uniform and pre-ordered school supply kits.
