Mrs. Beth Foran, Kindergarten

Hi! I'm Mrs. Foran! I am delighted to be your child's Kindergarten teacher! It will be a year full of friends, fun, learning, and lots of adventure! I am so excited!

I thought you might like to know a little bit about me! My husband Bill and I have been married for 38 years. I am a Mom to five grown up children and a Nonnie to five darling grandchildren with one more grandbaby on the way!  We have  four beautiful little girls and one handsome little fella!   Emma is 11, Hannah is 5 and in kindergarten just like us!  Liam and Riley are two (not twins, cousins!), and little Lena the Queena is one!   Lena will be a big sister at Christmas time!    My family is so very important to me!

This is my 42nd  year teaching! YIKES! (and I'm not yet 40 years old...)  I have been teaching at SJF for 26 happy years. I absolutely LOVE teaching Kindergarten!  It is my mission to instill a love for learning in my students!  Kindergarteners make that an easy job!

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is important to keep an open communication between us and I would love to talk to you whenever you feel the need!

A Few of my Favorites:

Color: purple and pink

Season: Summer!

Drink: Diet Dr. Pepper or Coke zero

Sport: Baseball... Go White Sox!

Favorite things to do:  play with my grandchildren, go swimming, go to the movies, read a good book, and of course I love to hang out with my kindergarten friends!

They will be tested on these periodically.  Please make one flash card for each word and practice every night. Feel free to move on after your child has mastered the words for the month.
