Dear SJF Families,
We have made it to the last week of the second trimester. This weekend is a great opportunity for our students to catch up on any late or missing assignments and go the extra mile to finish up strong! The end of the marking period often consists of unit assessments. Please take the time to check-in with your child(ren) this weekend to ensure he/she/they put their best foot forward these last few days of trimester 2. Our Falcons are so bright and we want to ensure their grades are an accurate reflection of their knowledge and effort.
We are eager to discuss your child’s progress with you on Friday. In case you missed my e-mail yesterday, please see the note below discussing the scheduling process for our second-round of optional parent-teacher conferences on the 12th.
On Tuesday, March 9th, the SJF Leadership Team and School Advisory Board will be hosting the State of the School meeting outlining the progress we have made on our 5-year Strategic Plan along with the ways in which we hope to improve with your help and feedback. Stay tuned for a separate invitation to our live virtual meeting at the beginning of next week. We hope you can join us!
