Keep your writing skills sharp by practicing daily. Take the challenge and write for at least 15 minutes each day!
How It Works:
Find a spot to be your “writing spot”. Look for a comfortable place without distractions where you can really focus on your writing.
Choose your method for writing. You can use the computer or a pencil and paper.
Find the prompt of the day.
Set a timer for 15 minutes, or use a clock to figure out your end time.
Start writing! Challenge yourself to write until the time is up. If you’d like to continue writing for longer, go for it!
Remember What You Have Learned!
*Organization: -Intro, Body, Conclusion
-Main Idea and Supporting Details
*Ways to Make Your Writing More Detailed: -Strong Verbs
**You are all awesome writers, and I can’t wait to see what you come up with during this challenge!
Here are some ways that you can share your writing with me if you'd like:
-write a quick summary of your writing on the announcements page of our Google Classroom or on Seesaw
-have mom or dad help you email it to me or take a picture of it and email it to me.
