Important Message from Mrs. Nash

Dear SJF Families,

Thank you for attending our Catholic Schools’ Week Mass and Open House yesterday.  It was so wonderful to see so many of you!

With the freezing weather projections for this upcoming Wednesday,  we have decided to close school and have our first E-Learning day. Teachers will be providing our students with direction and necessary handouts to complete from home on Wednesday.  All handouts will also be scanned to our website and posted to GoogleClassroom. We will do our best to be available through e-mail and GoogleClassroom on Wednesday in order to answer any questions regarding assignments.  There are also severe weather conditions expected for Thursday; I will assess the weather for Thursday closer to that day and keep you posted on our plan.

This Wednesday, for Catholic Schools’ Week, we were collecting items for the Ronald Mc Donald House.  Students can bring in their designated items up until Monday, February 4th. Thank you for your assistance and contribution to this school-wide service project!

There will be NO HOMEWORK CLUB after school tomorrow, January 29th, because of the weather conditions.  Also, due to a scheduling conflict, there will be NO HOMEWORK CLUB Tuesday, February 5th.

Any lunches that were order for this Friday, February 1st, for students in grades K-2nd will be voided due to the Disney on Ice trip.

Stay safe and warm!

-Mrs. Maura Nash
