Maeve McNicholas Playground

We were privileged to send a group of Falcons, (primarily the “kids on the McNicholas’ block”) to the groundbreaking ceremony for the renovation of the Maeve McNicholas Playground at Beverly Park yesterday. Mayor Emanuel’s remarks were a compassionate tribute to the amazing work that Maeve’s parents, Denise and Matt, have done for this community as the best possible way to honor Maeve’s memory.

Mary Poppins Jr - SJF Drama Club Production

No doubt your children came home singing “Let’s Go Fly a Kite” after attending the Drama Club’s production of Mary Poppins. The production is Broadway quality with delightful singing, dancing, and staging. What a showcase for some amazing student talent and faculty direction.
