Through monetary donations and the t-shirt and lawn sign fundraiser, as a community we raised over $3,500 to donate to the Little Company of Mary Cancer Center in honor of our 2 beloved faculty members who are currently fighting this disease.

    Dear SJF Families, There is never a dull moment here at SJF. Today proved to be no different as we had an unexpected gas issue. Many of our teachers and staff members reported smelling gas in the school building. We immediately contacted People’s Gas, the Chicago Fire Department and Chicago Police Department for assistance with this matter, and out of an abundance of caution, evacuated our students from the school building.

    Time is running out! It was brought to my attention yesterday, January 14th, that many of the 7th and 8th grade students were unaware of the details of our upcoming Ski Trip. Last night, in a few short hours, I received over twenty late requests to attend the trip.
