The archdiocese revised the Code of Conduct for Church Personnel in February 2015. Therefore we must ensure that all volunteers read the revised Code of Conduct and sign a new Code of Conduct acknowledgement form. Here is the new Code of Conduct for Church Personnel document and the acknowledgement forms. Please sign the acknowledgement form labeled employees and volunteers. You can send the form to school with your student, drop the form at the school office or drop the form at the rectory. Please label it attention: Mary Margaret Redmond.
