Friday Thoughts 11/30/18

Dear Parents,

As you know, this has been a very difficult week at St. John Fisher.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the Fornaciari family.

Tomorrow, our 8th graders will take the high school placement test.  They are very well-prepared thanks to their hard work over their elementary school career.  We wish them the best of luck, and they will be provided with plenty of good wishes this afternoon from our kindergarteners.

The 8th graders are also running a Schwan’s fundraiser.  My freezer is currently full of delicious frozen pizza, premade cookie dough, various chicken meals and appetizers.  Don’t miss the opportunity to fill your freezer and help the 8th graders reach their fundraising goals.  Click here for the details.

Spiritwear orders are due today.  2T through 5T are available in addition to the sizes listed on this order form .  Drop off your order and payment at school by 2:30 or at Kathy Carmody's house by 6 p.m. (2625 W. 106th Street)

Mass challenge winners for November were 6th grader Riley Daniher and preschooler Mia Colander.  They each win a $25 gift card of their choice! Congratulations, Riley and Mia. The December challenge for same prize starts this weekend - good luck! Any questions - contact Kristin Mlyniec at kristin_kohler@hotmail.com
